The Trend

U.S. energy is getting cleaner and it’s also getting cheaper.

Cheaper and Cleaner

Thanks to the use of innovative technologies and American know-how, the U.S. is now the world’s largest natural gas producer. As this clean fuel has grown, the cost of natural gas has fallen. Today, American families put less than 7% of their monthly spending toward energy, freeing them up to spend on other priorities.

Reducing Emissions and Reducing Costs

U.S. energy costs are falling even as we make environmental progress. Carbon dioxide emissions are at 25 year lows even as the size of our economy has tripled over the same period.
